Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations

The information you provide will be used for the farmbank sweepstakes only. Employees of farmbank and the organizations involved in the promotion (and their subsidiaries) are not eligible to win the prize. If you have any questions, please email farmbank at FarmersBank@farmbank.com.

Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to U.S residents who are at least 18 years of age and reside in the State of Missouri. Employees, Directors/Trustees and Corporators of farmbank, the employees of their advertising agency, and members of their immediate family of all such persons are not eligible to win the prize. The winner may be required to provide his/her Tax Identification Number for IRS reporting purposes. Sweepstakes is subject to all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter: You do not have to be a customer of farmbank to enter the sweepstakes. No purchase or farmbank account is required to win. Fill a ticket out to participate in the sweepstakes. All entries will become the property of the Bank and will not be acknowledged.

 

Prizes: Three $50 Gift Cards, a grill, and yeti cups

Notification: The winners will be notified by receiving phone call. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. By accepting any prize from farmbank, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information for any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability: farmbank is not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded in the sweepstakes. farmbank reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the sweepstakes.

Odds: The odds of being the prize sweepstakes winner depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of farmbank as to who is the prize winner.
